These HUD spreadsheets provide full-year allocations for the Office of Community Planning and Development’s (CPD) formula programs and CARES Act supplemental funding for fiscal year 2020. Because the CARES Act allocated funding through the existing ESG, CDBG, and HOPWA programs, the communities that got funding during the initial round of allocations are all existing recipients of those programs’ funds.
